3 weeks of strengthening, empowering, and healing our bodies from the inside out. Monday - Friday workouts for 4 weeks. Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be in person at the studio. These days will implement high intensity bungee fitness, barre, Pilates, light dumbbells, and stretching. Tuesday and Thursday will be at home workouts that you will find in the fitness app. This fitness challenge is to jumpstart your New Year’s resolutions, but also keep you moving through the holidays (they can be tough) . You will grow mentally and physically stronger. Creating the healthiest version of your mind and body yet. This will be the beginning of a new journey towards your highest self (or the continuance of that journey.) Mindset is everything. You will be guided and held accountable for the 4 weeks of the program. Anyone can do this as long as you are willing to show up. The goal of this fitness challenge is to feel stronger and more empowered every day. Learning what our bodies are still capable of and pushing them to their fullest potential. Not only will you be physically stronger, but mentally as well. Everyone’s individual goals will be different for inches lost, but this will be tracked for visible progress at the end.
