About

30 days of strengthening, empowering, and healing our bodies from the inside out. ~This round marks one year of our bootcamp. That’s 52 weeks! We can confidently say this program will help you reach the goals above as well as ones you set for yourself. We will be with you each step of the way! ~ Monday - Friday workouts for 6 weeks. Monday, Wednesday, Friday will be in person at the studio. These days will implement HIIT workouts, barre, Pilates, light dumbbells, resistance bands, and stretching. Tuesday and Thursday will be at home workouts that you will find in the fitness app. Saturday and Sunday are days off. *NEW: free bungee class included weekly for bootcampers! This Bootcamp will push you past what you currently believe as your physical and mental limits. You will grow mentally and physically stronger. Creating the healthiest version of your mind and body yet. This will be the beginning of a new journey towards your highest self. Mindset is everything. You will be guided and held accountable the entire 30 days. Anyone can do this as long as you are willing to show up. The goal of this bootcamp is to feel stronger and more empowered every day. Learning what our bodies are still capable of and pushing them to their fullest potential. Not only will you be physically stronger, but mentally as well. Everyone’s individual goals will be different for inches lost, but this will be tracked for visible progress at the end. Equipment Needed: 2-5lb dumbbells. Start light you can always go heavier.
