Service Description

This one is for the ladies 50 and older! Implementing cardio, strength training, balance/stability, and mobility. Goals of the program: 💎 Improve heart health, endurance, and overall energy level. 💎 Build muscle strength and bone density to maintain functional fitness and prevent age-related muscle loss. 💎 Improving balance and stability to prevent falls, improve posture, and enhance coordination. 💎 Enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve range of motion. ✨Empower your strength. Embrace your grace!✨ Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday at 11am starting July 16th. This is the single drop in class option-$20 your spot must be booked before you come. We do have a monthly subscription option that can be found on the home page of our website under "cougar cardio" or " Pricing Plans." You can also sign up through our app (which you will need anyways) under "pricing plans"

Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand, all classes are non refundable and unable to be rescheduled. Please ensure you are available for the time scheduled. If you are unable to attend at your scheduled time you may find someone to come in your place. To do this you will need to notify us before the class.
